While we are very excited about the results our customers are seeing when they work with a LivingFit RX coach in addition to utilizing PowerPlate or bioDensity machines, these systems may not work for everyone. We are happy to offer a refund to those that do not experience measurable fitness improvements. Our money-back guarantee will refund the purchase of up to 12 months of LivingFit RX coaching session fees within 13 months of initial purchase.

Please read the instructions below to request a refund.

Refunds Policy

LivingFit RX refunds may be requested only when the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. Client has completed 12 months of LivingFit RX coaching with weekly sessions, not missing more than 4 sessions total and 2 sessions consecutively (and)
  2. No measurable* increase in strength (or)
  3. No measurable* increase in balance (or)
  4. No measurable* increase in flexibility (or)
  5. No improvement in DXA scans*

*Burden of proof is upon the client and results must be verified by a licensed physician.

LivingFit RX refunds must be requested at 9855 Crosspoint Blvd, Suite 134, Indianapolis, IN, 46256 no sooner than 12 months after initial purchase and no later than 13 months after initial purchase; no refunds will be granted before or after this time period.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for initial purchase. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

This guarantee is limited to the purchase price and excludes any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. Refund is in the form of the original payment and does not include the tax associated with the purchase. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. If valid original receipt or verified LivingFit RX receipt are not included in the request for refund, the purchase price will not be refunded. Reproduction, sale, trade, or purchase of this form or proof of purchase is prohibited. Proof of purchase must be obtained from services or product purchased by you. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honored. All the information you give us will be kept private and will not be sold to any other company.
